EFI has announced its results for the first quarter of 2015.

For the quarter ending on March 31, 2015, the company is reporting record first quarter revenue of $194.6 million, up 3% compared to first quarter 2014 revenue of $188.7 million.

Non-GAAP operating income was $28.3 million compared to $25.3 million for the same period in 2014. Non-GAAP net income was $21.4 million or $0.45 per diluted share, which included an unfavorable non-operational currency impact of $0.02 per share compared to non-GAAP net income of $20.4 million or $0.42 per diluted share for the same period in 2014.

GAAP operating income was $11.1 million compared to $10.8 million for the same period in 2014. GAAP net income was $5.2 million or $0.11 per diluted share, compared to $10.1 million or $0.21 per diluted share for the same period in 2014.

EFI’s Board of Directors has also announced that Marc Olin will take over as the chief financial officer.
